Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be stoked with your Saltrock gear, but if something isn't right, you can return any unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Our process is designed to be as simple as possible so you can get back to your next adventure.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
